My notebook is Dell XPS L502X. I use McAfee Security Center; Adobe Flash Player Plugin 15.0.0.189
Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64 bits Brazilian Portuguese (genuine).

I wish to thank you in advance, sorry if my english is poor. I've tried posting on mozilla support with no success. I hope this is the right place to ask fo help.

Like I said if I go back to Firefox 32.0.3 it works perfectly, but that is EOL (means no security updates).

I'll be happy to suply more info if I can manage Thanks!
No, this is not the right place for help or support questions. This is the bug database for our developers where you as user can report bugs but be aware that we here are more technical than the usual support.

You have already tried http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and a new profile http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles if you visited our support ?

Thanks a lot!! It worked out I had to update my nvidia drivers, which i did with windows update! For now on I will always check the optional updates... One thing I want to clarify... I posted this bug here because I first tried the Mozilla Support (comunity support), i filled up all the questions but everytime it went back to the begining, in a loop. I tryed it like 7 times.

Today when I went to my emails I was surprised to see there was a confirmation email from mozilla support. IN NO MOMENT THE SITE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO CONFIRM MY EMAIL ADDRESS. So I think this is the real bug after all heheh.

So it's all solved now, THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND A BIG HUGH!

PS: I didn't changed status to solved because i don't know the next question.

I also have the same problem listed here, on a Dell XPS system. I have updated the video drivers, and it it did not help. I also have updated Flash. Firefox is unusable. Text lags badly. Webpages with flash blink like crazy, hovering over a link in the links toolbar will make the text disappear, and highlighted text in the search box (toolbar) makes the text disappear.

How can I fix this? I'd like to downgrade to the last version, if possible.
Have you tryed disabling hardware acceleration? Goto Options-->Advanced-->General and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".

Wish you luck!
Yes, that seems to have helped. Thanks!
