Steps to reproduce:

Try to open a channel via STK. Command sent from the SIM card was: D0 31 81 03 01 40 01 82 02 81 82 B5 07 02 02 01 01 01 01 02 B9 02 01 F4 C7 0D 0C 67 74 65 2D 73 65 72 76 69 63 65 73 BC 03 02 27 79 BE 05 21 AC 11 03 29

Actual results:

The command as such is accepted but the channel is never established. After some 2 min the phone responds with "Currently unable to execute ommand". However, it always responds this and a reference phone running Android works fine so the test environment should be OK. The long response time seems to indicate a timeout.


Expected results:

The data channel should be established.
