Description:
When the user repeatedly tap 'done', the phone/image will load slowly  

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141023001201
2) Long press on the homescreen > Change Wallpaper
3) Tap Gallery > Select image
4) Tap 'done' repeatedly


Actual:
the phone/image will load slowly 

Expected:
the images display on wallpaper quickly

This issue also reproduces on the Flame 2.2 and the Flame 2.0, the phone/image will load slowly .
