In Mobile Identity, the label 'Resend' on the button which is shown if the device doesn't auto-detect the verification code and the user missed to enter it manually doesn't update/change back to 'Verify' after the user tapped on 'Resend'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clone https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/firefoxos-loop-client/
2. Open it as packaged app in Firefox's WebIDE and push it to the phone.
3. Choose to use a phone number with the account while having a foreign SIM card in the phone (here: Belgian SIM card in Germany).
4. Wait for the verification code and the countdown bar to reach zero width.
5. Tap on 'Resend'.

Expected result:
Button changes to 'Verify' and input gets re-enabled.

Actual result:
Button still shown as 'Resend' and input disabled.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
