Please take a peek at the google doc and make sure all specs and images are listed correctly. 

Please ensure the image is somewhere accessible, for instance, attached to this bug. Strong recommendation to upload the image as an attachment in bugzilla bug and then put the link to it in the google doc for future reference.

STR:

1) Create and publish an operator shelf for MTN / South Africa in the operator dashboard.
2) Ensure that in the operator dashboard preview, the overlay is #CD6723.
3) While editing that same shelf in the curation tools, ensure that the overlay is #CD6723.
4) View the shelf in Marketplace. Ensure that the overlay is #CD6723.

Not resolving this bug because I believe that it is also used to track the creation and publication of the content for that shelf.

Can someone please clarify what appears to be a disconnect in this bug?

"Last target date is 02/19" for shelf to go live. User story says that the target launch of the operator shelf is January 15.

We had a small scramble for this, so I'd like to understand more.

Yes, sorry about that. First estimation was Jan 15h, now it's 02/19. I've already updated the User Story.

It seems that I haven't the permissions to see the shelf, can you please add them? 

We are talking with MTN right now regarding the apps to be included in the Operator Shelf, including some of the local apps in South Africa. I hope we'd have this list soon (we've drafted a version and waiting for partner's feedback).

Hi David. I can't give you permission to access the shelf. What I'm saying is I simply added a few few top tier apps because I can't create the shelf without content. (To be clear, the OpShelf is "created" but is not "published"). 

Once you let me know what MTN wants on their shelf I can input it.

We are trying to confirm with MTN the apps to be included in the shelf (but we haven't the final list yet, unfortunately). I'm also trying to confirm a marketplace account from the partner to manage by themself the operator shelf. 

I will send you the list when available (we've just ping them again about this).
