1089105 - Create another forum for support of the forum and it's features.

There needs to be a support forum where request for forum admin activities can be transferred.  Regularly there are complains of assistance sought with forum passwords, user names and general usability.  

These matters can only be effectively dealt with by someone with the appropriate admin access to poke around in the registered user database. Referring people who have taken the time to write their issues down onto a contributor discussion forum is neither appropriate (they are not contributors) nor professional.

To this end I suggest that a forum be added where forum maintenance and user maintenance requests can be directly moved and the admins can deal with the post that are transfered in

Sounds a very good idea, but has it been discussed anywhere because it will probably not make progress without the champion's support.

We also have stalled on attempts to get admin attention in the forum (See bug 964226 )
