Description: Taking a picture while listening to FM Radio causes a brief moment of silence after the shutter sound plays. 

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20141028001203
2: Open FM Radio, plug in a headset and turn the volume up.
3: While music is playing, open camera and take a picture.

Actual: Music stops for a moment after the shutter sound of the camera plays.

Expected: Music continues playing while taking a picture.

Similar issue to bug 861765 that remains unresolved. Possibly a source of tech evangelism but the odd shutter that sounds makes the issue appear noticeable to a user. Compared to the 'Music' app, the shutter app click remains audible but there is no pause.
