1092989 - Update post event metrics to include a description field.

Right now post event metrics include only a numeric field. We should add a new free text field for every event metric.

Specs:
* A second free text field per event metric should be added.
* The new field will be optional. Users can use this to add details and links for each metric.
* Post event metrics will be editable retroactively --> Reps will be able to input information on the newly created field and add post event metrics for events that took place in 2014 and have the has_new_metrics flag set to True.
* Action Items for all these events will be added to the dashboard of the users.

Verified on stage.

Steps:
* For past events there is a new field where the owner of the event can add text.
* Text input is limited in 1500 characters.
* A custom action item is created with text 'Add or Update post event metrics for event "event_name" '
* The action item is resolved when additional metrics are added to the event.
