I would like to change the name servers at the domain registrar (MarkMonitor) for these domains.

NS records by domain:
persona.org:
ns-897.awsdns-48.net.
ns-1270.awsdns-30.org.
ns-1589.awsdns-06.co.uk.
ns-339.awsdns-42.com.

browserid.org:
ns-816.awsdns-38.net.
ns-1939.awsdns-50.co.uk.
ns-1050.awsdns-03.org.
ns-204.awsdns-25.com.

This is a pretty major change.  Does it need to be scheduled or CAB'd?

All of the records have been copied to the new location, and there aren't any DNS changes aside from where the records are being served. It's just moving from one AWS account to another. I don't think it needs to be scheduled or CAB'd.

No problem - the name servers have been changed at MarkMonitor.
