Let's change the "Featured" text on the demo studio for the 10th anniversary.

New text: "Firefox 10th Anniversary Demos"

This is urgent so we can get it to l10n ASAP.
As with other demo studio changes, this one should be behind a waffle flag that we can use to make the whole set of changes live on 2014/11/10.
