The "Blog" screen in "EverythingMe Privacy" is NOT scrollable 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141105001204
2) Launch FTU
3) Tap "Next" until you reach 
4) Tap "More about your privacy"
5) Tap "EverythingMe"
6) Tap "BLOG"
7) Try to scroll up/down
  
Actual:
The screen is NOT scrollable
  
Expected: 
The screen IS scrollable

If the privacy page is scrollable we should be fine. Not blocking on the blog site.

I cannot reproduce this in the latest Flame build going through Settings - both the privacy page and the blog scroll okay for me
