[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open settings.
2. Select Data&Time.
3. Turn on "set automatically" 


[3.Expected Result]: 
The time zone should gray out .

[4.Actual Result]: 
The time zone doesn't gray out.

Hi Josh,This issue still exists in Flame 2.0/2.1/2.2 and woodduck 2.0.

I haven't tried today's build, but I have 20150104 on my flame, it is quite easy to reproduce especially when you remove sim and reboot, and put it back on ...

I think it might be the false alert which related to different SIM card support by carrier (depends on support auto time zone update protocol or not) 

ex: 
* for SIM card from CHT it support auto time zone update, so this bug should not happen. 
* for SIM card from Taiwan mobile, it does not support auto time zone update, so the time zone should not be grey out. It's a designed behavior.

Can you help test on these 2 carrier's SIM cards?

Fred is correct.
Using CHT sim card in below build won't have this issue. But using Taiwan Mobile SIM card will have the issue.
