Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0
Build ID: 20141011074935

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up AD Domain Guest Account with Mandatory Profile and automatic Roaming Profile cleanup upon logoff
2. Log in to account from (1).
3. Open Firefox.
4. Enter Full-Screen mode
5. Attempt to access the Error Console
6. Attempt to customize the UI
7. Attempt to set auto-hiding

Actual results:

ESR 24.8.1:
Firefox goes to full screen, Error Console is available via Ctrl+Shift+J and the value of browser.fullscreen.autohide is honored.

ESR 31.2.0:
Firefox goes to full screen, Error Console is not available, Australis Button is not functional, UI Customization interface is not available, and the value of browser.fullscreen.autohide is not honored (the chrome is always visible).
This behavior in ESR 31.2.0 manifests only when running under a Guest account--running under a normal user account works as expected.

Nightly 36.0a1 32-bit:
Firefox goes to full screen, Error Console is available via Ctrl+Shift+J, the value of browser.fullscreen.autohide is honored, Australis Button is functional, and the UI Customization interface is available.

Expected results:

The behavior seen in Nightly 36.0a1 should have been seen in ESR 31.2.0.

Ariel.p, Thank you for taking time to report this.

Are you still having the same issue in the latest version. I cannot reproduce in the current esr and nightly channel.

Sorry for the delay--contact at the site that was experiencing this issue was not back from vacation.
They have confirmed Firefox is operational as expected on current ESR.
This bug can be marked RESOLVED (or whatever else is used for bugs in an EoL release).
