We have a new maintainer for our breton localization team and we would like to give him commit access to Mercurial and Subversion.

His name is Gwenn MEYNIER (tornoz_AD_laposte.net).
You should receive a Committer's Agreement from him soon.

I join his public SSH key to this bug

I guess the bug subject was copied from a different bug.

Turning NI to Pike. It should be "hg scm_l10n, hg level 1, add to svn localizers group", but please wait for Pike's confirmation.

There should be docs on the mana for this, but I also spell it out usually:

hg level 1, scm_l10n, svn, Localizers list, and please send out an ldap password notification.

Pike:

Password has been sent via provided email.

+LDAP, +SSH key, +HG, +level_1, +scm_l10n, +svn. I'm unable to add the Localizers list on my end. Is this something that you or someone else is able to add?

I've asked fox2mike and he's unsure. I'll request info from Usul and see if he can help.

Usul: are you able to add the Localizers list?
