We have been working with an animation agency called S77 on a series of animations for Firefox OS and the Firefox 10th anniversary. This work is largely covered under bug 1049870 and bug 1049871; however, during that process we ended up adding one other small project to their list - the creation of an animated tile promoting the 10th anniversary.

Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1049871#c31, Elaine recommended that we file a new request for the tile work. No PO is needed, b/c the total will still be under $25k, but we will need a new SOW.

Apologies for filing this after the fact.
