When opening "Here Maps" app, the App Geo-location permission screen opens, but "Remember my choice" is not check-marked 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111040202
2) Download "Here Maps" from "Marketplace"
3) Open the "Here Maps" app
4) Accept "Term of Use" and tap "Start"
5) Observe the "App Permission" page
