Reproducable in current trunk build on the Flame.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Browser app, go to http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/forms/formautosubmit.htm
- Tap on the "..." button in the top right
- Then tap on the "New window" button in the dialog

Expected result:
- Tab thumbnails are not blinking in "Top sites"

Actual result:
- Tab thumbnails are blinking in "Top sites"
