Looks like they don't have mobile version but mobile app (at least for iOS). So having something like simplified version will be good for Fx for Android as well.

No sure about, I think garant.ru is more interesting, so we could remove this. BTW, I've cleaned the watch list in etherpad as well, removing some spam/junk sites and adding new one to check.
