I've initiated contact and written a first pass at a project brief which I am planning to send to my contact on Friday. I'd love to have you folks take a look, add the initiative to your team calendars and plan this as a Q1 "campaign".

Adding Paul, who can address comms commitments and see if/how the timing aligns with other campaigns. 

Only question from me is where we'll be with badges in late March, and if/how that affects this or what we should promise. Also would be good to involve someone from product team re: events platform, if that's changing at all. 

Re: curriculum, Laura, are you thinking we'd remix existing resources that aren't tool-dependent?

Yeah, I thought we could remix Club stuff or even things we've used for hour of code or something. And even that is sort of dependent on what kind of commitment the telecentres want to make. But if they want to run our curriculum in their hundreds of locales, I'm sure we can hand them something co-branded ;)
