Description: If the user visits http://www.freepeople.com/, the web page is unable to load. Webpage elements flicker. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141119001205 2) Launch the browser. 3) In the address bar, search for http://www.freepeople.com/. 4) Once the homepage of the ascribed site has loaded, scroll up or down and wait. 5.) Observe. Actual: The webpage is unable to load properly, preventing the user from navigating. Webpage elements flicker sporadically. Expected: The webpage loads properly and remains stable, allowing the user to navigate the site.
