Steps to reproduce:

Repro frequency: 100%
1. Update a Flatfish to 20141120014520. Begin navigation through the FTU setup screen
2. Tap Next button until brought to the 'Geolocation' setting screen
3. Tap the 'More about your privacy' link
4. Tap the 'Firefox OS' or 'EverythingMe'
5. <ISSUE_01> No delete icon and title bar in web pages
6. Tap the 'Back' button
7. Tap Next button and brought to the 'Import contacts' setting screen
8. <ISSUE_02> The G-mail, Outlook and Facebook web pages are have same issue.
