Decide on percentage of users who should have their default search provider set to yahoo.
On Dec 1 dice roll for opt-in/forced has been decided on as 50/50
Status: NEW → RESOLVED

I have seen both variations come up regularly on demo5. I have no way to determine if it's precisely 50/50 but I suspect it's good enough. Marking as verified- if you'd like more specific testing of the dice roll lmk.
