In bug 1068720 we added functionality to open support forums selectively for products. In the AAQ flow selecting an unsupported product should redirect you to the "community help" page of that locale, not the English version of the AAQ. The "community help" page is the localized version of this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-community-support
