tested on 2001-11-14-22-0.9.4ec OS = Win 98 This test is held using Recomended. On Win 2000, Recomended and Full installation complete successfully and can launch netscp6.exe properly. When finish installation, an error dialog displays saying misssing xpcom.dll, can't link to netscp6.exe.
First question: what happens if you try running the program a second time (not the installer, but double clicking on the browser icon). Does it work? Second question: did you try searching for the file 'xpcom.dll' in the installation directory? Third question: can you attach the installer logs so we can take a peek?
