https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Sign-off_reviews is currently having old screenshots, and it's describing the sign-off process in a way that doesn't match the new team page flow.

Now that bug 1077988 landed, I've started writing things up on https://l10n.etherpad.mozilla.org/signoffs.

I definitely want to remove the block about bugzilla, that's out of scope for this doc, I think.

There's also a need for a ton of new images to describe how the team page looks and why.

In the EP, I didn't get to the part of the actual sign-off page yet, but this might also be done in chunks.
As we do sign-offs ourselves, let's close this one out.
