110509 - Cant change prefs for "Sent folder on" to local folders

**** observed with 2001-11-15 build ***
Steps to reproduce:
- select a mail account
- go to Edit|Mail/newsgroup account settings
- select Copies and Folders
- change settings for "Sent" Folder on to be hold on Local
- close the Prefs dialogbox
- reopen it
note: the "Sent" Folder on are reverted back to your last IMAP account

I tried to reproduce with latest trunk build (updated local tree) on my Windows
box. Sebt folder pref is sticking as expected after closing reopening the
AccountManager window. It held properly on relaunching the app too..

I'm having this problem on Win98 build 2001112603 (it also existed in some
previous build).

Don't know if it's related, but every time I select my IMAP server account's
"Copies & Folders" menu entry, I get this error in my javascript console:

> Source File: chrome://messenger/content/am-copies.js
> Line: 130

I don't get this error with my POP or news accounts.
