Details

In newsgroups, if a newsarticle has an attachment attached to it, a special icon
for newsarticle+attachment will display.

However, there is no version of this icon for *new* newsarticles with an
attachment. The difference is the little green arrow on new messages.

For the engineer fixing this bug: I'd guess this is a simple cut-and-paste job. :-)

didn't have time to get to those 2 previously. i updated the secondary icon 
map, shliang should check-in soon.
