User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141123170932

Steps to reproduce:

I've installed the NotoColorEmoji font which was taken from an Android device. I then gave that font the highest priority as both serif and sans-serif font via fontconfig.

Actual results:

The font is used by Firefox, however it is rendered too big and the colors appear to have been inverted. See attached image, as seen on http://www.fileformat.info/info/emoji/cat/index.htm

Expected results:

Font is show at the correct size and with correct colors
The inspectoris also affected by the lack of resizing.
Firefox's font choice also seems broken. If the font size in css is 0-45px, it uses Dejavu Sans. For 46-68px, it uses Noto, 69-90px is Dejavu again, above that it uses Noto again, etc.

The font is consistently rendered too big however.
