Affects conv-top in conversations as well as the contact list.
STR:
1) Change Preferences->Content font size. This only appears to affect the conversation content, but...
2) Restart.

The font size setting also affects the text in the new tab filterbar, and all the new tab entries. So it probably affects everything with relative font sizes (font-size: medium and the like).

To clarify, those are called "absolute sizes" in the spec (as opposed to "larger" and "smaller") but they are in fact relative to the user's default font size, which determines "medium".

This patch should make no visible changes if you are using the default font size setting of 13px.
