The basic GPS functionality won't be affected since the corresponding HAL interface remain the same on Lollipop.
There are few new interfaces were put into GPS HAL and few definitions (which are used to manage the cache of aiding data) were modified.

List of major differences from previous version. (KK -> L)
- Add GPS measurements interface
- Add GPS navigation message interface
- Add GNSS/GPS configuration interface
- Better support for GPS clock
- Support both IPv4 and IPv6 format in AGPS status
- Increase the ability to delete various aiding data


I've tested the GPS locationing by using geoloc app and it works fine on nextus-5L.
I can't verify the functionality of AGPS since it depends on Bug gonk-L-RIL.
However, I believe we don't need extra work for GPS L porting.

I'll test AGPS on nextus-5L after RIL is ready and file bugs if there is any problem.
