Steps to reproduce:

Hi,
I am no longer mozilla employee but I can still contribute.
So I'd like to change my Level 1 permission email from chulee@mozilla.com to chuckli0706@gmail.com, then I can have permissions on tryser.
My Level 1 permission request is bug 797295, I already changed my bugmail.
I didn't find much info on how to request such change, please let me know if I have to request permission again from paper work, I have to provide another public key, or something else.
