#STR:

1. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers
2. Choose a paid app and go to "Compatibility and Payments" tab
3. Try to create/delete/select an account from Payment Accounts.

#Expected results:
User should be able to select/delete/create a new account

#Actual results:
"A server error occurred. Please try again later."

There were some issues with solitude on -dev. Since fixed by reverting:
