[Flame][v2.2][Message]SIM selection view can not pop up after long tapping send key.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Insert two SIMs.
2.Launch Message.
3.Enter the editing page.
4.Input contents and long tap the send key.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.Sim selecton page should appear.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.SIM selection page cannot pop up, and message is sent by default.

Can we check if this is happening in dialer and contacts too?

The three apps are using the same component.

I'm not able to repro (0/5 times) after a fresh reboot. Same thing with the dialer and contacts. Hence, I also think this related to bug 1105511. Now that it has landed on master, we shouldn't see it anymore. If you do see it again, please do not hesitate to reopen the bug.
