This is a short-term fix for lead management for Tiles, future state will be defined in Q1. In so far as we can be sure, we believe that this is aligned with that outcome. There are three distinct work items: 1. vanity URL we're would like to go with content.mozilla.org which should direct to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/partnerships/ 2. changes to Firefox for Desktop copy The sentence should be modified to "Opportunities include promoted content, distribution, customized versions and more of our PC, Mac & Linux browser. Learn more about promoted content in Mozilla Firefox [link to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/tiles/ ]. Learn more about Mozilla Firefox Mozilla Firefox distribution policies " 3. changes to contact form The contact form should be modified to include a category for “Promoted Content (“Tiles”) “. If the user selects that, we would like the user to specify the countries they are interest in, the languages they are interested in, the industry they are in and whether this is a brand or a direct response campaign. Leads for Promote Content should be routed to contentservices@mozilla.com

Darren, these are changes for the short term to get some simple lead qualification and management, and a vanity URL as our CTA. These requirements are agreed with Sean and Kevin. Please indicate your approval.

Approved. contentservices@mozilla.com currently goes to Lara & me. I'll parcel the leads from there. It would be good if we can have a sentence or something on the page that says "For advertising opportunities in Tiles or other areas of Firefox, please contact: contentservices@mozilla.com"

Are you ok with that?

Moving to www.mozilla.org product and adding it to our Kanban board. We'll begin work after approval of the final copy in comment 3. Adding pmac or jgmize for the redirect and jpetto or craigcook to code.

Hi Mark- The Content Services team want to make some changes to the https://www.mozilla.org/about/partnerships/ page as noted in comment #1 above. Our webprod team will update Sales Force so that queries for "Promoted Content (“Tiles”)" will go to the contentservices@mozilla.com email address. Please let us know if you have any questions about these changes or reach out directly to Patrick and Darren to discuss. Best, Jen

For the new fields (interested countries, interested languages, & industry), are free-form text fields acceptable? It's probably overkill to attempt to create drop downs for these.

(In reply to Jennifer Bertsch [:jbertsch] from comment #10) > ^Patrick - please see question in comment #9 Yes, given this is a short-term fix, free text works fine. We will revisit in the new year for a full solution. Thank you! Patrick

The idea is to update Salesforce with the new form fields. The completed form would still get submitted directly to Salesforce. We may be able to set up a rule within Salesforce that sends email notifications to contentservices@mozilla.com for each new submission. Will investigate and report back. The changes to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/partnerships/ look fantastic. Before we start using it, we will also need the vanity URL: content.mozilla.org. Is this in progress too?
