User Story

This bug is for integrating the b2g-emulator into the raptor framework. Bug 1112149 has been filed for the work for determining if using the b2g-emulator will provide consistent and stable results for establishing a performance baseline.
Test locally and see if results are consistent between emulator runs.

Note: This is complete except for the two blocking bugs as noted (bug 1127952 and bug 1118281).

B2g-emulator and emulator-kk support is now in raptor and the emulator launch test runs successfully. 

There is a bug concerning making gaia (bug 1118281) however there is a workaround and it is not a blocker. Same for bug 1127952 which only happens on slow single or dual core machines, not a blocker.
