Description: In Clock when language is RTL like Arabic, the Cancel button is on the left side of the screen while the blue Done button is on the right side of the screen. According to spec, the Cancel button should be on the right of the screen. The blue Done button should be left aligned. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141217040204 2) Set language to Arabic 3) Launch Clock 4) Tap new alarm button Actual: Cancel button is on the left side of the screen while the blue Done button is on the right side of the screen. Expected: Cancel button is on the right side of the screen while the blue Done button is on the left side of the screen. This is a headers bug, but we're not working on it as UX recommends we do not mirror headers for 2.2.
