1113854 - UITour: Get the Loop conversation ID when the first conversation is received

# Overview 

This bug is to support the FTUE tour (bug 1080942). I'll add to the tracker once we clear GA 35 (or if another tracker is created for 36, I'll add to that).

We would like to be able to connect a user copying a link, with the first conversation actually starting.

The report would look something like:

SnippetID, Links Copied, Conversations Started From Link
1, 123, 12
2, 456, 45
3, 789, 78

In bug 1080953 functionality was put into place to tell the page when the first incoming call is received, and if the room is opened.

In bug 1113849 we request to receive the conversation ID when the copy/email link is clicked.

This bug would complete the flow by consuming the conversation ID which opened this conversation, and comparing it to a conversation ID created from the source.

The request is to add the conversation ID to the payload returned by bug 1080953.

# Timeline

We would like to target Fx36.
