Steps to reproduce:

When receiving an email containing an URL like

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/token.cgi?t=ABCdef1234&a=request_new_account

is forwarded by a filter to another recipient.










Actual results:

The recipient then receives 

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/token.cgi?t=ABCdef1234&a=request_new_account

An ampersand gets entity encoded like "&"



Expected results:

The URL should not be altered in any way. This only happens with filter forwards, manual forwards work as expected (does not get corrupted)

This might be related to bug 620208
I cannot reproduce this using a current 52.4.0 build on Windows 7.
If you are able to reproduce this please update the bug report.
