Hey Cory! 
Just wondering if we have this one bug for the two Pre-Campaign videos we discussed. 

We talked about the following: 

Pre-Campaign Video 1: 
What: Pre-Campaign Video for Staff & Vouched Mozillians
Why: Help generate excitement (learnings from fx10) this works!
When: We'd like to be able to show this video on January 12 Project Call and an Email out to Staff on Jan 13. 
Video will be featured on: 
- Monday Project Calls
- Emails to Staff 

We need to work on a script - I'm thinking the core team members should make an appearance (Ex: Eric, Arcadio... etc). 

Matej and MJ: 
Are either of you available to help our team develop a strong script - even if it's just consulting/guiding to make sure we hit the most important notes in the script. 

Rainer/Spencer: 
We'll try to get a script to you by tomorrow or Wed of this week. Would that give you enough time to have the video done in time for the Monday Project Call next Monday? I'm guessing that the only content your missing is the parts where core team members speak to the product and such.. right?

Please confirm the above at your earliest convenience. 


Cory: The second Pre-Campaign video (1.1) would be the exact same video mentioned above but with an aditiona call to action at the end that would ask our supporters and users to go try the product, take a screenshot and share. This would be used to promote Hello once all systems are ready for mass comms (Feb 24). Do we have a bug for this "1.1" pre campaign video?

Hey Rainer and Spencer - will you still have time to complete this by Friday for review? Please LMK if not, obviously the project got delayed and the deadline has passed, so if you don't have the bandwidth, let us know. You shouldn't have the onus on you, with the delays. MEM wants to see it before it gets played in the meeting on Monday.

Hi Guys, 

Putting the brakes on this video. Arcadio and I just chatted and he agrees. We scripted this video as a rah rah video to get people excited about Hello. We knew about the product video but expected it to be very producty (that's probably not a word) and not that exciting. However, Rainer and Spencer did an awesome, awesome job on the product video. Its fun, its engaging and does what we need a video to do on project call this coming Monday, get people excited about using Hello. 

So, you can stop the mad rush for video 1.0 for Community efforts for Hello. 

We do need to do video 1.1. We can use the script we created for 1.0 as a baseline and tweak it to meet our needs for video 1.1. Video 1.1 should air during the project meeting starting on Monday, Feb. 2nd. The main CTA for this video is "Use Fx Hello on Feb. 25th and share your experience over social media #FirefoxHello".
