Details

Please can you create a new "Visibility Requests" component in the Tree Management product.

Description:
For requests to change the visibility of jobs on Treeherder. These requests are handled by the sheriffs, who use the <a href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/Job_Visibility_Policy">job visibility policy</a> to determine eligibility.

Same options as Tree Management::Treeherder (eg nobody assignee, 1 day request whine, blank QA, ...) except an empty suggested reviewers list.
