Description:
When typing in password fields the text cursor is appearing on the right side of the letter that was just typed even the text is being from right to left. After the letter turns into a dot to hide the password the cursor will be on the left side of the letter. 

Prerequisite:
System language is set to Arabic.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141223010202
2) Enter settings > Wi-fi
3) Choose a password protected wi-fi network
4) Enter text in password field
4) Observe cursor placement while entering text.

Actual:
Cursor is on right side of entered letter

Expected:
It is expected that the text cursor is placed on the left of entered text in RTL

RTL triage: P3 -- this bug is not prioritized for inclusion in the 2.2 release.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest FlameKK v2.5&master, AriesKK master build.
Actual result:When you enter text in password field, the cursor is displayed at right side of the last character all the time. (Only the LTR text, symbols and numerals can be inputted in password field, so the cursor should be displayed at right side of the last character. If the text in RTL, the cursor will be displayed at left side of the text).

Change status from new to worksforme.
If anyone has different opinions, reopen again.
