Description:
In Download settings, the edit checkmark in upper right corner is flipped vertically. It appears backwards.
   
Repro Steps:

*Change language setting to Arabic (RTL).
*Have at least one downloaded file that is visible in downloads screen

1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141223010202
2) Open Settings > Downloads
3) Notice checkmark in upper right corner

Actual:
Edit button (checkmark) in Downloads settings appears backwards/flipped vertically when RTL/Arabic is enabled.
  
Expected: 
Edit button (checkmark) in Downloads settings appears in correct, standard direction when RTL/Arabic is enabled.

That's a decision we already too since around 1.4 that we will not mirror Downloads section because there are no Arabic or RTL extensions, so it would be nonsense to RTL the UI.
