When I change the URL of a localized article while not having it reviewed once, SUMO doesn't create a redirection from the old URL to the new one (just deletes the old URL), but the short (share) URL at the bottom of the article doesn't get changed. See https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/haeufig-gestellte-fragen.

We should probably regenerate short URLs every time a slug changes.

I am looking at this code already, so I'll look at this issue too.

The Short URL in https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/firefox-stuerzt-beim-starten-ab is also corrupt. Propably the same issue. Can we change all the short URLs of articles whose URL has been changed in the past (is it possible to detect these articles?) in order to fix those issues (maybe there are more of them)?

Deployed to prod. All the short links have been deleted and will be recreated in the upcoming hours (maybe days?).
