1. Go to google.com
2. Open 'Bookmarks' menu from app-bar
3. Observe 'Bookmark this page' is greyed out

This works for me... if you open a new window and try again, can you continuously reproduce this?

I can't reproduce bug in new window. I'm not sure how I got into this state :/

Hm. Does it happen with any tab / website? And are there any errors in the browser console? If you have the bookmarks button in the toolbar/menu panel somewhere, is it enabled and does using it work?

My window is no longer in that state. I had to drag in and use the bookmark button to bookmark the page, which appeared to work.
