[user story] cell info display in lockscreen (in textform)

>> Description of feature, or problem to be solved
An option for the user (with on/off selection in settings) to show cell info (in lockscreen). On Gsm phones. This was "cell info display" in the settings, but not accurate with gsm. Now with: Gsm/Wifi/IP/GPS/Mozilla Location Service, the info is more accurate. One step further: display the used satellite(s).

Additional info for the user. E.g. Full Base Transceiver Station location and name (actually logged in), Cell ID, Location Area Code, Country Code, Network Tag Display Name
