To help manage spam, add information to the user profile listing in the admin tools.

- last edited doc
- date of last activity/edit

Are exactly what you need to make a very fast assessment of whether a profile is spam or not. Specifically, bio, website, and # of revisions. Using these, 90% of spam profiles are immediately obvious.
