User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150108202552 Steps to reproduce: Verified that media.windows-media-foundation.enabled is still set to false as it was in the previous versions of firefox and clicked on a MP4 link. Actual results: The internal media player window appeared and said the media file was corrupt. This just started happening with version 35 of Firefox. Expected results: Should have received a pop up box asking what to do with the file. I usually select the option to open the file with VLC player

The pref changed. You want to set *both* media.fragmented-mp4.enabled and media.fragmented-mp4.exposed to false.

(In reply to Chris Pearce (:cpearce) from comment #2) > The pref changed. You want to set *both* media.fragmented-mp4.enabled and > media.fragmented-mp4.exposed to false. Making those two changes solved the problem.
