If there are only 4 apps in the collection, show all apps on the homepage instead of showing the 'view all apps' link

steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/ 2. Scroll to the feed section where apps are listed in the grid view (example on dev: Hidden Gems) expected behavior: 4 apps are shown on the homepage feed and the 'View all apps' link is shown only if there are more than 5 apps. actual behavior: If there are only 4 apps in the collection, show all apps on the homepage instead of showing the 'view all apps' link see attached screenshot.
