If you don't want to enable the "tracking-e10s" tracking flag for the entire "Mozilla QA" Product, you could probably just restrict it to the "Firefox UI Tests" Component.

Right, we do not need it for Mozmill tests given that those will never work with e10s. So please add it to Firefox UI Tests only.
