I couldn't find the option in the share menu. Looks like it's just a poor Italian translation (the menu option doesn't say "send tab to devices" or something like this, but "add to Firefox Beta")

I've filed bug 1122817 to improve the Italian translation.
"Send Tab" itself was removed and replaced with a single option, "Add to Firefox". That allows you to send links/tabs/URLs from anywhere in Android to:

* Another device
* Bookmarks
* Reading list.

all from one activity. So "Add to Firefox Beta" is the correct string.

Bug 1122302 should make this less confusing.
I see, "Add to Firefox" is indeed very confusing! It's hard to guess that it also means "send the tab to another device".
